SmartBudget360 (“the App”) is developed and maintained by SP Future AI. Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how SmartBudget360 handles your information.

1. No Personal Data Collected

SmartBudget360 does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to any server.

• No account required
• No cloud sync
• No online tracking
• No analytics
• No remote database

All data stays on your device only.

2. What Data We Store

The App stores the following data locally on your phone using SQLite:

• Expenses, incomes, and budget data
• Categories & payment methods
• User preferences (name, currency, settings)

This data never leaves your device unless you manually export it.

3. Optional Data You Provide

If you provide your name or currency preference during onboarding, it is used only for personalization and stored locally.

4. Permissions Used

The app may request:

• Storage Access (only for backups/exports)
• Notifications — only in future versions

No other permissions are required.

5. Advertisements

This version of SmartBudget360 does not show any advertisements.

Future versions may include ads, but will:

• Never use personalized tracking
• Never collect any private data
• Use only non-intrusive formats

6. In-App Purchases

This version does not offer in-app purchases. Future versions may include optional premium upgrades (such as ad-free experience).

7. Third-Party Services

The app does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, crash reporting, or remote servers.

8. Security

All data is stored securely within the app’s internal storage. No external access is allowed.

9. Your Rights

You have full control of your data. You may:

• Export data manually
• Delete data by clearing app storage
• Uninstall the app any time

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when new features (ads, IAP, cloud sync) are added. You will be notified inside the app if a major revision occurs.
